However, I don't think an amendment is in the offing any time soon. The people who want it changed so there could be a (shudder) President Schwarzenegger wouldn't want just any old immigrant to be President, after all, and I don't think enough of the US population is interested in a change to vote it in over the objections of the anti-immigration crowd.
It's not an anti-immigrant attitude, it's simply apathy - few people view the ardous process of ammending the Constitution as worth the effort in this case.

You can bookmark a thread, using the button on the top (or bottom) of every thread. Then, you can go to your profile , and then go to Bookmarks. There, click on "Manage Bookmarks" (on the top right). Here, you can set what kind of notification you want to have for each thread: PM, Email, or no notification. My guess is that if you put anything to "Email", you'll get an email notification if someone posts in the thread.

Now that I've had the chance to try it out, while the notification works, it only brings me to the right page and not directly to the right post. I'll probably go back to what I was doing before which was just going to the front forum page and click the new posts button next to each thread I was interested in. This at least takes me to the first new post. At least most of the time it does. After watching a thread for a few weeks a thread will seem to forget where I was and put me on the first page when I click new posts. Each thread will do it at a different time and I remain logged in the entire time.

Ok, not exactly the next post, but it does take you to the top of the page where there is at least one post you haven't read.
For instance, when I got notification of this thread, it took me to the top of page 3.
There is some code someone wrote where it WILL take you to the next post. I'm on another proboards forum that does just that. Proboards can be customised with code, you know.
Let's pretend for a minute that Obama really was born in Kenya and is a Muslim. So what? Is he somehow inferior because of those specific traits? How could he possibly do a worse job than a particular "real American" from Texas?
Explain to me why this theory isn't based on bigotry. I kind of doubt people would make such a big deal out of his history if he was a white Christian who was hiding the fact that he was really born in Canada.
I'm really starting to get sick of racists and other hateful people.
