hellow. i really sorry, my english is so poor because i`m not born the English-speaking world
i think that van allen belt is not problem
because it is consist of alpha, beta particle
gaysing is insist that van allen belt radiation is dangerouse
he say van allen belt radiation is must be cover 3M Pb(plumbum )
however, alpha particle is can cover paper
and beta aprticle is can cover thin metal plate!
and gamma ray is not effect the magnetic field ..
so.. this is my idea....
Q1 > How do you think this..???????
i think apollo is true, i`m sure armstrong, buzz is landing the moon, michaelcollin also go to the moon..
(i`m really sorry again my english is so foolish)

Welcome to the board, I'm sure your English is much better than the Korean of anyone here.
While there are plenty of people who come here with hoax theories, the regulars are in agreement with you - Apollo was real and the measures taken to protect the astronauts from radiation were adequate.

The science guys keep pointing out that lead (Pb) would be a very bad choice for dealing with charged particles, mainly because of a phenomenon called bremsstrahlung. That is the electromagnetic radiation produced by charged particles when they (de)accelerate.
As far as I know Bill Kaysing got the idea of "3 metres of lead" from a book about interstellar travel. Meaning it would be necessary for a manned ship spending decades in the interstellar environment at high speeds. Something very different from a short trip to the Moon altogether.
Kaysing certainly didn't do any calculations himself.

Practise make perfect.
There are free browser spellcheckers available (like iespell) which might be helpful.

And, from what I've been told, the book did not specify the type of shielding material. That they must have meant lead shielding is Kaysing just making stuff up.

Prospects for Interstellar Travel by John H. Mauldin.
Chapter 8: Technological Requirements and Hazards 8.5 Radiation Damage, Erosion, and Shielding
about half way through the section:
"Cosmic particles require typically 2 meters of dense material to stop them below 10 GeV. Earth's atmosphere is equivalent to about 10 meters of water and stops virtually all energetic particles at high altitude..."
Shortly after he discusses that for a large colony ship, the rock and soil that would be under any agricultural settings would be sufficient, which fits well given that such would have a density approximately 5 times that of water.
