I have been lucky enough to preview some CBS coverage of the crew statements on Apollo 11: One of the snippets of video Jarrah claims is edited by SCF.
Well the cause of the edit point on the kinescope is complete loss of signal. Furthermore no-one at spacecraft films performed those edits, because the same footage with the same cuts appears on a source 2 years before than SCF even started!
What did the CBS feed reveal? Well, for starters the signal reverts to color bars the second video sync is lost. We then see the MOCR shot from the remote controlled camera (in the back-left of the room when facing towards the screens) with the TV eidophor projector screen in full viewe replete with the non-eventful color bars.
What this means is that Jarrah, unsurprisingly did sloppy research and falsley accused SCF of being fraudulent etc etc. The same goes for other segments of video where the kinescope shows a "cut". The CBS archive shows again that nothing was received from the camera at this point.
Speaking of CBS, you don't want to know what the video footage on their telecast tape does to the scratches seen on the kinescope being wrongly attributed by many a HB to "wires"...
Or even worse what the onboard recorder revealed about the on/off camera switched and the cuts on the Apollo 10 kinescope...

Sorry, been working away and left my login details at home. There is so much gumpf from Mr White, can you point to a claim he has made on this. I know he has its just that wading through so much I am losing the will to live.
Video sync pulse detectors have been used for automation for years (when analogue was around). And even abused for..... er.... alarms. Yeah, alarms. Not that I ever fashioned an alarm to wake you up if the signal went.

Please, for all of us - do the work - but do not expect Jarrah to retract claims. He has not shown the ability to admit he is wrong in the past and so I don't expect any behavioral change in future.

He made a video a short while after his first account suspension at YT (IIRC) dealing with the claims (in fact the video that got him banned was indeed aimed at SCF precisley claiming they had deliberately edited the video). His channels page makes the claim that SCF doesn't want you to see certain aspects of the missing footage. Trouble is the "missing" footage doesn't actually exist as the signal was lost as can. Jarrah is fraudently claiming to have done the necessary "research" when a cursory search through some easy to find material shows his claims to be blatanty and verifiably false.
Furthermore, the only material you will ever see missing sequences from is on kinescopes. No raw videotape reference of the feeds in question have edit points.
Many of these points were raised directly to Jarrah over a year ago. Not surprisingly he did his usual trick of bailing. Heroism at its finest I say.
