At Aberdeen Astro Society last week, we had a talk on the exploration of the moon by Ken McTaggert of the ALSJ. He said loads of contributors to that site are in Scotland.
It must be part of the Scottish Raj's master plan.
It was good to go to a talk that gave major focus to the Space Race and Apollo. It brought back all the memories of those days when I was a proper Apollo-nut. I went out and bought a copy of Apollo 13 after that since my other copy is down south.
