Sigh! Researching Apollo information can be a tough job at times, but somebody's got to do it.
The TV mini-series and DVD set, From the Earth to the Moon, highlighted the fact that while they were on the lunar surface during the Apollo 12 mission, Pete Conrad and Al Bean found that on their cuff checklists, along with numerous cartoon drawings, they each had two black-and-white photostat pictures of Playboy Playmates.
Details of individual pages and photos of the checklists can be viewed at the Apollo Lunar Surface Journal, fourth from the bottom of the list of Background Material for the Apollo 12 Journal, with the link Cuff Checklists:

However, the Playmates in the four photos are not identified in the captions, and there has occasionally been discussion on the internet about who they are, such as this thread at collectSPACE:

Two of the Playmates have been correctly identified at collectSPACE, but not the other two.
So, armed with memories of sneaking Playboy magazines home under my shirt in 1963 at the age of 14 and subsequently conducting considerable research into the contents of the magazine for many years, I bravely sallied forth on the internet, fruitlessly searching online archives for originals of the checklist photos, noting any photos that were vaguely similar, and eventually contacting the Playboy Advisor for assistance and advising them of my guesses at who the unidentified Playmates were. It turned out that my long, scholarly and tedious research had paid off -- I had correctly identified the two parties.
Below are links to the checklist photos and the correct identities of all four Playmates, plus details of the exact photos in the 1970 Playboy Playmate Calendar (desktop version) that the photostats were mischievously taken from by Dave Scott and cohorts.
Remember, you saw them first here at ApolloHoax.

Leslie Bianchini, Miss January 1969 - 1970 Playmate Calendar, month of October
Those who have the DVDs of From the Earth to the Moon can view that production's versions of the checklists on Disc 3, Part 7 as follows, but note that they are shown in colour and reversed for each astronaut:
0:31:40 Leslie Bianchini, Miss January 1969 — Survey - Her activity
0:31:40 Error: This picture of Leslie Bianchini was actually on Al Bean's checklist
0:31:56 Reagan Wilson, Miss October 1967 — Preferred tether partner
0:31:56 Error: This picture of Reagan Wilson was on Pete Conrad's checklist.
On her own website, Reagan Wilson has a copy of her actual photo, plus a 1990s photo of herself with Pete Conrad. The original photo is the eighth on the For Sale page, titled "Hi There Cowboy" (Warning: Not for delicate eyes)
www.reaganwilson.com/reaganforsale.htm
and on her Candids page, fifth from the top and titled "Pete Conrad - What an honor!" is the photo of tall Reagan with considerably shorter Pete. They were reunited on E! Entertainment Television in the mid-1990s.

Mercifully for us, in this photo they both have all their clothes on.
