Are these predictions supposed to be, like jokes or something? I would say no, jokes usually have some entertainment value.

I still don't understand what the point of posting the stupid things is in the first place. We haven't seen any reason to believe any of them. We're not going to see any reason to believe any of them. And yet they just keep coming, long after anyone here has stopped caring.

but please pray. In this vision I saw the calendar and saw how close this date was but it can't say for sure if it will happen this year.If he saw how close the date was, how come he doesn't know what year? I guess he didn't bother to check what day of the week the 24th was on the calendar he saw, since that would tell us whether it was this year or next.

We care enough to respond I guess. It must be a little bit interesting. I've posted some stupid threads to, like the very popular (cough) U.S. Invades Newfoundland thread...
EDIT: Does anyone know how to take basil OUT of the frying pan after you put too much in with the meatballs and onions that were frying - I didn't realize that there was no thingy with the holes in it for the basil to come out. It just poured out like crazy.

Well, I have to say that I do find the thread funny. I may be the only one but I hope Rusty's last prediction will come true. At the very least it would improve his hit / miss ratio

Anyone else willing to join me in prayer for this impending destruction... just to break up the monotony?

Surely praying for the destruction of an entire city must be against the forum rules... let me check... hmm, nope, I guess it's allowed. Go ahead!

In the vain and forlorn hope that we can persuade Lazarusty to stop? That's the bunny. I'm also hoping to by-Gods inspire some critical thinking on the subject, though that's a very faint hope.

Oh, I read another possible prediction recently.
Apparently, someone had seen a vision of 3 destructions in different years on Dec 26th. He got this vision before the first one - the Iran earthquake in 2003. The following year was the tusnami. It's possible (though not necessarily so) that this year could be the third major disaster on Dec 26th.

Disasters happen every year somewhere in the world. Predicting "there will be some kind of disaster somewhere in the world sometime near this date" doesn't take prophetic powers. Predicting a specific disaster in a specific place at a specific date might.
