And if two different scientists give conflicting answers then the CT will pick the one that comes closest to supporting them and then call the other scientist a liar. You give them far too much credit. If the SAME scientist says two things in the SAME interview and ONE thing can be twisted to kind of mean what they want it to, they'll take that one, twist it five ways till friday, discard everything else the scientist says, never ask him to clarify anything and possibly call him a tool of the establishment/shill/CIA plant except for the one quote where he was trying to say the "truth".

The person who believes that the Moon landings were a hoax is uneducated and has not developed critical thinking skills. You are wasting your time attempting to convince this person. He has no understanding of technical terms. He actually believes what he says because he is weak minded. However the people whom are promoting the "Hoax Theory" are attempting to gain publicity off of a noble event by claiming that it did not happened. Some are laughing all of the way to the bank. Have you ever heard of the Liar's Club? They actually enjoy spinning the biggest lies that they possibly can. They measure their success by the amount of people that they are able to convince of their lies. They do not take the truth seriously and actually enjoy causing discomfort to those whom value truth. Chronic liars are people who suffer from low self esteems. They need to constantly convince themselves that they are smarter than others and the more suckers they convince of a lie then the more intellegent that they feel that they are. Scientists are diametrically opposed to these personality types because of their quest for that which is true. Scientists actually intimidate liar's because of the liar's inherent low self esteem. So they enjoy taking quotes out of context and attempting to make the scientist appear foolish. That gives the liar a false sense of superiority to the scientist. The method to combat this, if you are a scientist, is that when you detect someone being intentionally pretentious you terminate the interview immediately and understand that the liar is not seeking the truth. The liar is not interested in any factual information. (He already knows the facts...) This serves to protect you from being misquoted. This also emotionally upsets the liar because he does not get the payoff which he seeks. TallTom I Cor 13

You cannot be protected from being misquoted. And your psychology is dreadful.
