Well, Kaysing said in an interview, "What motivated me to spill the beans was a young man from the Vietnam wars by the name of John Grant. He said that he was sent to Vietnam to kill people with no good reason and he also got a heroin habit, and he says, 'Bill,' he says, 'what I want you to do is blow the whistle on this rotten, corrupt government.' He says, 'Why don't you say something outrageous, like, we never went to the moon?' So I attribute my interest in this project to John Grant." www.nardwuar.com/vs/bill_kaysing/index.htmlAnd if you'd like to hear him saying it: www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDBWb6rEodM

Ya know, I always thought that had sufficient ambiguity to be conveniently ignored by the HB crowd

Ya know, I always thought that had sufficient ambiguity to be conveniently ignored by the HB crowd But would someone who really believed in what he was doing even bring it up like that? Hoax believers pride themselves on being able to backfill a whole sob story of deceit and remorse into a still photo of one glance of an astronaut who isn't smiling giddily. Yet they don't seem to mind a clear exposition of an ulterior motive for writing Kaysing's book.

Ya know, I always thought that had sufficient ambiguity to be conveniently ignored by the HB crowd The more I hear that Kaysing quote, the less ambiguous and the more damning it becomes. I.e., Kaysing never really believed that the Apollo missions were fake, at least not at first. He said it only because he knew it was an outrageous thing to say. Maybe he did convince himself later, but that wasn't his reason at first.

He said it only because he knew it was an outrageous thing to say. Maybe he did convince himself later, but that wasn't his reason at first. I have just finished browsing through the apollo-hoax Yahoo-group (phew!), and I stumbled over the thread, where Jarrah White addresses Jay Windley. I have previously watched some of his videos, as some of the arguments presented were new to me, but I lost my interest completely though, when I learned how he dealt with the LRO-photos. Now, reading this post: ( tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/apollo-hoax/message/230 ), where Jason Thompson urges Jarrah White to present one single normally exposed photo displaying an illuminated object in space, which simultaneously displays stars, and bearing in mind, that Jarrah claims, that his IQ is above 150, which might be so, I started wondering, if he has ever anywhere addressed that request affirmatively. I have gone through my own literature, and I can't find such a photo, and I have watched a video produced by astrobrant2, who presents a wealth of photos from space, which also have no stars in them. So I'd like to ask, if any of you know, if Jarrah White anywhere accepts, that it is indeed impossible to photograph stars with the same camera settings, that are used to photograph illuminated objects, or if he gives an explanation to the fact, that such photos do not exist? I'm asking this question, because it surprises me, how a person with an IQ allegedly beyond 150 can deal with denying such a blatant fact. I imagine it must represent a colossal cognitive incongruence to him if he in fact believes what he preaches, which I find hard to believe.

My question is has JW addressed any request affirmatively? I doubt it, he MO seems to be make a claim and then demand that others prove him wrong or it stands.

I have never had that request addressed at all, and certainly not by jarrah, who has an unhealthy obsession with jay to the exclusion of all others, it seems.

And IQ is like the graduations on a measuring jug. Tells you the quantity but says nothing about the contents.....

That IQ measurement, if he's telling the truth about it, could be wildly inaccurate depending on where he got it. If he just took one of those quickie online IQ tests, then I wouldn't put much faith in it. My experience with those tests is that they score people way too high. A 150 is probably more like a 120.

150 from an online IQ test? That is pathetic. I usually surpass 150 by the third time I take the test...
