There might be an easier way with fewer steps, but this is how I would do it:
1. Pause the YouTube video at the point where you want to capture a still 2. Press the 'Prnt Scrn' button on your keyboard. This will take a screenshot of your entire screen. 3. Start a New photo in any image editing program (ie. MS Paint). 4. Click Edit > Paste. This will paste the screenshot into the new picture. 5. Crop the picture so that it only covers the area of the YouTube video. 6. Save it.
