Someone posted a Youtube video on this forum showing all the mistakes made in 2001 but I can't find it. Could someone please help me find it? I want to share it on another forum.

A Michael Bay transformers movie in 3D? I'll be avoiding that on all three counts. A big x2 over here on that account

Just got back from the seeing the movie. Wow... They messed up quite a bit! A few things I noticed. 1: The shot mentioned about the CM not attached with the LM was included. 2: When Buzz and Neil land on the moon, they are shown to be in the "Bench" type seats used in the CM, and not standing. 3: When the Transformers return to the Apollo 11 landing site, the assent stage is still attached. 4: The landing site is shown with large, vertical rock formations close to the LM. 5: Lights inside the helmets.... Huh? ? Those are just some of the few things I caught. I know it's just a movie, but you would think they would at least TRY to get a few of the basics correct.

You would only think that if you didn't know anything about Michael Bay. The AV Club said it's the best Transformers movie yet. They said it may well be the best Michael Bay movie yet. They gave it a C.

3: When the Transformers return to the Apollo 11 landing site, the assent stage is still attached. Returned by the Historical Sticklers Society, no doubt. Also note that Neil jumped from the bottom rung of the ladder directly onto the lunar surface, not the foot pad.

Apollo 11 was only one of two missions to abandon their LM ascent stage in lunar orbit. Maybe aliens found it and took it back to the surface and re-mated it with the descent stage...?
