I don't have any details on the systems but the panel images from the
Apollo Operations Handbook (Controls and Displays) shows lots of Fire Extinguisher Access Ports. Certainly Gumdrop had them as seen in a view of
Panel 3 & 5 - the round red circles.
There are notes about both water and foam extinguishers.
Section 5.3.2.2 of the Apollo Operations Handbook (A16) Volume 2 contains the following emergency procedures for suited and unsuited crew:
5.3.2.2 Fire/Smoke in CM - Orbital Operationsa. Suited CrewLMP CAB FAN (both) - OFF (verify)
