The one plot device that always gets me shaking my head is when someone gets "phased" and can walk through people, walls, etc. yet they never seem to fall through the floors (example: ST:TNG Season 5 episode "The Next Phase").

And Jack White's insistence of putting each photo "study" in a separate posts by quoting the posts above. I wonder if these guys are really that clueless about clear communication? Or are they trying to obfuscate there own positions. Either way, it appears that White and cronies do not really want to debate, in any meaningful sense of the word. I wonder if these guys are disinformants, paid by the government to do everything in their power to discredit the Hoax Movement and portray the lot of them as ignorant bumbling idiots.....? If they are, that's probably been the best return on Gov't dollars in decades... Cz

I think I'll email Jack White and ask him a few questions..... Wouldn't hammering a nail through your foot be considerably more informative and considerably less painful an experience...? Cz

Anyone who bases their entire study and conclusion merely on a YouTube video is doomed to failure right from the start.

It should be possible to take care of most of that 6% by simply explaining the facts in a methodical, straightforward style as www.clavius.org does. Can't agree more with you here about Clavius. Having had an interest in the American space program since I was a kid, and having studied the subject from slightly more than a "passing interest" standpoint for many years, I was never a hoax believer. When I first read Clavius 5 or so years ago I was impressed at the way Jay explains complex ideas and subjects, and at the same time, humbled by how much I was able to learn from his site (not to mention the people here and from others at UM). Concerning the bolded sentence, I wonder if there will come a day when the Moon Landing Hoax is actually taught in schools as a vehicle for introducing students to "rocket science" subjects and ideas....? I have a question, why were the Skylab and Apollo Soyuz Test Project command modules white, instead of the aluminzied Mylar coating seen on the other Apollo missions? They weren't white, and indeed did have the same mylar coating. This can be seen in the following image: The CM in the OP's image looks white because it is seen from "below" and is reflecting clouds and the surface of the Earth. Cz

I think Stephen Colbert is a pretty big fan of the space program. He has made jokes about the moon landings being faked before, but whenever an astronaut appears on the show he acts like he is complete awe of them. Chacnes are that's one of the few parts of his show that ISN'T an act... Cz

Phantomwolf: While you are right about the differences in the suits, the image you have included is not of the Apollo 11 crew, it is of the Apollo 8 crew and its CMP Jim Lovell who is waving. You can also see the Apollo 8 mission emblem on the inside of the Astrovan's door. Here's the image (found via the Apollo Image Gallery) www.hq.nasa.gov/office/pao/History/alsj/a410/ap8-68-H-1333.jpgHere's another pic of CMP Jim Lovell suited up that shows a good closeup of the single set of connectors on his suit: www.hq.nasa.gov/office/pao/History/alsj/a410/ap8-68-H-839.jpgThis image of the suited prime crew in front of the CM simulator (I believe) also shows the differences between the CMP and CDR/LMP suits: www.hq.nasa.gov/office/pao/History/alsj/a410/ap8-68-H-1158.jpgCz The Apollo suits were all pressure suits with a fire resistant beta cloth exterior. There were differences between the CMP's suit and the moonwalkers ones, as can be seen in this photo (Collins is the middle one who is waving). You can see that his suit isn't as bulky, and doesn't have the second set of attachments on the front. The hemets are the same as used on the surface, but are missing the LEVA which makes them look smaller. All of the astronauts' suits were taliored to them, and they actually had three for each mission, one that they used for train, a suit that was used during the flight, and a backup suit that was prepared just in case something went wrong with the flight suit before launch. Only one suit for each crew member was carried on the mission though.

That's all fine and good for Australia, but Jarrah shot his covert video of Adam in Las Vegas. The only legislation I can find in US law deals with hidden cameras "in private". Clearly the auditorium, theatre or wherever they were was not a private place.

That's fine. I just think Adam (and his colleagues) should know that he's being used in this way, so they can decide whether to respond. Exactly... that's why I sent Adam and email with the link to the video and mentioned that he was videoed without his knowledge and that his image is now being used to propagate - albeit in an indirect way - the Hoax myth... I think its totally fair to say that Adam had NO IDEA he was being taped. Look at these screen caps: Its completely obvious that Jarrah had hidden his camera behind something. Unfortunately, I don't think Jarrah has violated any laws or statutes by covertly video taping Adam in the manner he has. Yes... very satisfying indeed... Cz
