Yeah, a lot of the people there are a bit strange and many of them I know believe the moon landings didn't happen.
So he really doesn't have many contenders there, nothing short of a few people. Even then, his brothers in arms show up and spam the holy f**k out of the thread, leaving whatever evidence or rational discussion behind to be forgotten.

Well, I don't believe he will answer Jay's questions. He just keeps saying that you guys (and Apollo supporters in general) dare not answer his questions. He's ranting about cement brushed with a broom or something. Agreed. We have once again succeeded in the goal of letting conspiracy theorist expose themselves to solid, close questioning. Once again, rational answers supporting a hoax are not forthcoming and the proponent simply declares a imaginary victory somewhere else. He did post something on the David icke forum regarding this subject, though: " Just since this post less the 12 hours ago

zeta39reticuli recent thread participant - under surveillance
truegroup a decent sort actually - just IMO mistaken
lunarorbit new poster. Representin' AH.
Quote: 'you're playing the same old HB games: posting claim after claim and ignoring our questions'. Its a ploy – ask questions that you know will be difficult to fully answer in the time scale of the case you are making - like
Quote: How did they control independent observations – and set it up as a road block before addressing further evidence of the hoax. You end up wading through a treacle of challenges and the momentum of investigation gets destroyed. Plus there's a bunch of people over there seem to be online all the time – how can they afford this? I can only spend an hour or so a week on that particular board.
To address the independent observations question I would say the 'organatzya' have more than one arrow in their quiver
They can use agents. After all its not everyone who had the equipment to detect anything with directionality
They can fake signals so people without directionality but radio reception can hear 'Doppler' effects and time delays. The company Eventide Clock Works with NASA ties benefitted or undertook development of electronics to do just this and released it in a commercial product later
They can indeed eliminate awkward witnesses.
These answwers though are not enough – I have to PROVE they did this or no show for
www.davidicke.com/forum/showp...postcount=1324
Showing something is possible is not enough. I must show how everything was done – exactly.
AH as a board support the natural collapse of WTC7. I posted over there ages ago and hit a brick wall of denial. While I still remain open minded about Apollo I know for sure WTC7 was demolished. AH are physicists – yet they regard a symmetrical collapse at freefall speed as being perfectly natural
apollo_gnomon resident establishment position since May 2010. I think OK actually. I will try to open his mind (why do I think its a he?)
wanaknow what is commony termed an 'HB'er. Watch out wanna – these sharks have sharp teeth
frenat establishment position, but long term DIF poster gotta respect that
all in all a lot of respect shown to a 'no hoper' thread " Apparently, I'm "under surveillance".

I'll be looking for that show in the fall. I highly recommend Phil's books - they are very entertaining. I've never read them, but I will certainly be buying his new one. I was really thinking of going to TAM this year, and wish I had now. Maybe next... but yes, I like Phil. He seems to have a good sense of humour, and anyone who makes the effort to promote science and make it accessible is a top bloke in my book. With the death of physics and chemistry departments in the UK, we need more like Phil. I don't think I could stand TAM. I mean, some people I like go there. Like the Mythbusters. Those dudes are awesome. Since I identify with mostly Agnostic Theism and Deism, I think I would feel out of place there. Especially since a lot of people from the more radical New Atheism movement attend. I think TAM is really a good place for skeptics and atheists, and while I know a good few people I like to watch on TV and read about and such go there, I don't think I'd really connect with people there. Although, I might make an exception is Neil Tyson was ever there. Best. Astronomer. Ever.

You see, I like to draw. Cartoony things mostly: tides-of-europa.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d2u3xzrI'm also designing this Web comic as a project, mostly to see how people respond to my writing (Which, I am not so sure right now.), but if this goes well, I'll look into getting something published. (Actually, I'm already looking into that, but with this, I might have confidence. And practice.) Right now, I had to put Greys (My webcomic) on hold for other things, but I'm currently started working on three new strips to add to main story (Which, I know, isn't very obvious at the moment.), and I hope to get them out soon. Anyway, if I put this in the wrong forum, please be kind and redirect it to another thread. I know this might count as spam, but it doesn't hurt to try...right? ...right?

All I know is in his documentary, he stated that he was trying to prove the moon landings happened, but by the end of the documentary, he pretty much gone through all of the hoax claims without giving light to any counter arguments.

He's trying to say that streak patterns caused by the LM exhaust is evidence of brush strokes on concrete. He's on the David Icke forum saying he's duped all of you and he's "got you". -,- Oh well, I guess we lost the argument then... Yeah, he used the old "run away to my safe zone and talk about how I outplay you all" trick.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lies,_damned_lies,_and_statistics Common sense, observation rather than just measurement and esoteric calculation Does time slow down in lower gravity, or is it just that clocks go slower? How would a Grandfather Clock perform in orbit for example? It depends on if it's designed to work in a vacuum or lower gravity. But that has nothing to do with time, but more about the mechanics of a clock. You should try to answer their questions. Or are you going to go talk about it on the David Icke forum again?

Nah, man. This is totally a conspiracy. The trapped minors are actually Greys who were working on a super weapon inside the Earth. When the American government heard about it, they deliberately imploded the mine, and extracted the Greys (disguised as humans, of course) to obtain their knowledge through brain straws. The American Government is actually run by Reptellians, by the way. But I think everyone already knows that. Throw in the "fact" that they used HAARP to cause the collapse and you have a CT trifecta.... Cz Of course. They came up with this decision in Bilderburg group meeting, and then made a play about it at the Bohemian Grove.

On a serious note, this is awesome. I'm glad all of this came out alright.

To be honest I have not watched this one. Did he wimp out then with the rock/tree/thingy? No digging questions on the radiation? No questions on the ability of dishes to receive one frequency only? Might have a titter later. He asks one question, and then is cut off by someone else asking questions. At the end of the video, you see him trying and failing to get Aldrin's attention as he's leaving. The last part is pretty funny, as he doesn't assert any real effort into trying to get Buzz's attention, as if he's too shy or scared to piss him off or even get his attention.

Welcome to the board, tidesofeuropa. The difficulty with the supernatural tales shows is that if they are willing present such a credulous story as ghosts and haunting, there is little reason to believe anything else they say about the history of the place. One can reasonably surmise that any history is slanted to give credence to the ghost stories. My time is just too limited to spend it on that kind of show. If I want fictional entertainment, then I'll choose good acting over breathless narration. Thanks. And I think that's just a matter of personal taste, really. I enjoy the show, although, I don't believe everything they come up with. Sure, the show is built up to give more suspense to the stories, and they do tend to play it off like they're real, but it's all in good fun for me. I can find enjoyment in it. But TAPS (The Ghost hunters) tend to think that if you can't explain something, it's evidence of a haunting. There's a lot of facepalming moments in Ghost Hunters, to say the least.
