...I think his worst aspect is regarding Apollo where he claims ALL the lunar images are faked, but then claims respect for NASA and the astronauts. Whenever people put to him that because the astronauts say the images are genuine and that they took them, if Jack is correct they must be lying, he shows an absence of fortitude and evades giving a straight answer. The above nicely describes YouTube user hunchbacked. Hunchbacked suffers from identical delusional behavior and believes that all of the Apollo photographs were faked and that the "fakers" deliberately left clues in every faked photo which only hunchbacked (apparently due to his self-perceived brilliance) has found. Hunchbacked, just like a cave man, is incapable of understanding the laws of perspective. I wonder if Jack White has the same difficulty understanding perspective, illumination, and shadows. Jack's mathematical model which "proves" that a fill light was used in photo AS11-40-5866 is utter hogwash. Jack was incapable of understanding that sunlight was reflecting brilliantly off of Armstrong's space suit and that this provided the fill light for the photo sequence of Armstrong descending the Eagle's ladder.

Hunchbacked is a very strange character. I still can't figure out if he's serious.
He has gone through quite a few Apollo circuit diagrams and even some of the code for the Apollo Guidance Computer, claiming many "incoherences" (his word) that make no sense -- to him. He then asserts the remarkable position that because he cannot understand how something works, it can't possibly be real. No amount of explanation by anyone who does understand the circuit or design in question has any effect whatsoever.
Not that I'm a psychologist or anything, but I'm strongly reminded of a piece I read about anosognosia.

I wonder if Jack White has the same difficulty understanding perspective, illumination, and shadows. He definitely does not understand. Years ago on a JFK assassination site he posted a comparison of two photos taken near Zapruder's perch. He said the edge of buildings didn't line up. It didn't take me long to calculate the two photographs were taken about 6 inches away from each other based on the change in perspective. Jack said he agreed that the photographs were taken 6 inches apart but that that couldn't account for the change in perspective! I was then accused by the owner of the site of attacking Jack and my post was deleted.

I'm curious just what he thinks does make the circles since he seems set against them being human made. But since he rarely takes a definite stand on anything without plenty of backslide room we'll probably never know.

I got through half a dozen posts before the stupidity made my brain hurt. Perhaps Jack is senile, as it would make sense of his posts.

Didn't a pair of Brits let it be known that they started the whole "crop circle" thing as an elaborate hoax? They seemed to back it up with a lot of convincing evidence. Yet the True Believers refused to concede that this was even a possibility.

Doug and Dave. My heroes.
CTs dismiss them because they say Doug and Dave couldn't have made the 2000 known crop circles in the 10 years from when the first circles appeared until they revealed their hoaxing.

I always thought some of them might have been done by bored math and engineering college students.

I always thought some of them might have been done by bored math and engineering college students. I think that after the original circles got attention you had something of a bandwagon with other people trying to top the originals, and yeah probably a lot of bored/stoned students involved there. Of course following such an obvious line of logic seems to be beyond CT's; they want their theories weird and incomprehensible.

Of course following such an obvious line of logic seems to be beyond CT's; they want their theories weird and incomprehensible. Much like chem trails. They need to learn a little about aerosol decay and dispersion, and the dilution factors involved if they think planes are pumping out mind controlling drugs. It would be one of the most inefficient ways of reaching the desired population. Surely if the government were drugging us all, they'd just put the drug into air-con systems, or place diffusers in classrooms, malls, offices etc. No, let's imagine a scenario where the goverment diffuse a mind controlling drug from 35 000 feet.
