Here is what one of my relatives posted on Facebook tonight:

Strange lights in the sky...right above our house, 2 unblinking lights, travelling extremely close to eachother, and in perfect formation, flew noislessly above us while we were sitting on the deck.....spoooooky stuff....tried to get it on tape but c...ouldn't find my phone fast enough, dammit, coulda sold that footage to some whacko somewhere lol.

My first thought was that he saw the wing-tip lights of an airplane, but then I thought "Hmmm... I wonder if the ISS passed over us tonight?" Checked Heavens-Above and sure enough there was a pass from 9:15pm to 9:19pm. And since the Shuttle just undocked recently it should still appear to be orbiting near by.
