... and from the other side: If you get a big enough telescope, you can see the remains of the lander on the moon.

If anyone dares to try to say that NASA faked the moon landings, they can take that up with the Russians. The Russians know we went.I strongly encourage to read the thread I posted at the Apollo reality forum called"an interesting article."It's an interview with Alexei Leonov in which he excoriates the HB's.

HB'S will say anything to protect their ludicrous idea. Including things that are even more ludicrous. HBism is recursive ludiocy.

I have to agree with Glom. The thought that the Russians would be in on the hoax Just reaches the height of absurdity. If anyone stood to benefit,it's them. How stupid.

Never mind that even if they were being bribed with food-stuffs (not that any HBs have provided evidence for that) why haven't they just announced the hoax and produced their half of all the documentation and correspondence to prove it at any point since the fall of communism? It's not like they somehow need the US to remain a credible threat to their own people or whatever these days, or that they couldn't find some way to benefit from a drastic fall in the USA's reputation... (the answer is, of course, that communism never 'fell' and that it's all a conspiracy between the former soviet states to lull 'the west' into a false sense of security )

(the answer is, of course, that communism never 'fell' and that it's all a conspiracy between the former soviet states to lull 'the west' into a false sense of security ) I think that, for me, is the dividing line between a hoax believer who is mildly gullible, or mischievous, or whatever, and someone who's gone straight round the bend - when, to preserve your conspiracy theory, you have to propose that every major political event that's happened in the past 60 years of so has been a fake.

And we've had a couple of "the Cold War never happened" types. When they've reached that point, what do you say?
