The recent change by Vincent towards the Apollo missions had me looking at his YT channel. I noticed that NASAvsPETE has also changed his opinion.
What I would like to know is what was it that made them shift their belief? After Vincent's visit here I honestly thought he'd be the last to ever consider Apollo real. IIRC NvP was one of the more vigourous HBs on youtube.
Did someone here talk privately with them, or did they actually just research the whole thing in detail and come to the logical conclusion?
I dont want to stir the pot or anything, I am genuinely curious.

I have run into NASAvs Pete numerous times and told him a bunch just actually spend 10-12 hours researching and get back to me. If you do that and still think it's a hoax I will honestly listen to anything you have to say! I am not taking credit or nothing as I have done that with a ton of people but eventually if someone is smart enough and logical...they will approach both sides of a debate and see what gives each validity! Some diehard hoax believers hopefully will do that eventually even though most won't it's nice to see a couple that will!

I think it's a good question.. I may be a cynic (or even a conspiracy theorist!!), but I have a nagging doubt about some of this...
Does anyone know the story with Nasa(v)sPete - was that being played out at some other forum, or just Youtube?
Whilst I applaud what seems to be happening, I shall just sit back and watch to be sure that these folk actually follow through, eg Vincent does something about all those videos that still remain up..
I guess it is after April 1, so maybe I should just warmly welcome the sudden and extreme new-found enthusiasm...

Jay wrote in another thread, He (Vincent) did correspond privately with me a few times prior to coming here. His questions were typically of the form, "Jarrah said this, but I'm not sure that's right." I corrected him, and he seemed to accept the correction. so perhaps the discussions are finally starting to sink in. That would be great if so. It really bothered me to see such a young boy so taken in by the conspiracy nonsense.

I suspect it probably takes a fair bit of time, possibly including a period in which you just drop the whole subject and come back to it later. It's easy to get stuck in a rut examining only one small part of a topic, so when you go away and come back you notice parts you'd missed before.
It's similar to sleeping on a problem, only over a longer term.

LunarTuner proved that weather patterns matched the little GEM photos and videos. Apollo 17 footage also proved that the dust was in low-gravity... let's face it.. You can't fake that!

Lots of very tiny wires..... hahahahahahahaahahahahha As you have Jarrah's email, why not ask him how they fake the dust moving horizontally like that....... whilst everything else moves slower?
