Wouldn't you have copyright problems with most music?

It depends on the music. Music can be protected under a composition copyright. And individual performances of the music are protected under a phonorecord copyright. So if I write a song, I can copyright the song separately from my or someone else's performance of it. Some music is in the public domain, such as the works of Mozart. However, that doesn't mean you can't copyright as a phonorecord certain performances of it.
Holst is modern enough that copyright on the composition itself may still apply. However a copyright almost certainly persists on any phonorecord of a performance of Holst. So if you want to be completely safe, go check a copy of Mozart out of the library and perform it yourself.

The Gustav Holst Foundation retains copyright on Holst's works and recently sued Hans Zimmer for infringing copyright on "Mars, the Bringer of War" with part of his score for Gladiator. So Mozart would be the way to go.

So, all we need is forty or so members here to get together to perform Mozart and we could do it. Okay, well the closest instrument in an orchestra I could possible play would be a cello I guess. It would sound really bad and I can't read music so I would have to memorize it. I What would you play Jay? (oh, conductor of course) Bill T. on kettle drums? Jason on crash cymbals? IDW (if he were here) on weeny teeny violin?

Jay, is there anything you don't do? Is it furi that was saying before he was surprised at how many specialties that other people have, that you also are very competent in? Are you also a musician?

I can play the trombone. And a bit of keyboard/piano, but I never had lessons. I think it's safe to say I'm pretty good though.

Jay, is there anything you don't do?
Accounting. Most sports. Many things.
Are you also a musician?
Yes; it goes with musical theater. However I also have classical music gigs as well, most of which I don't talk about here because they're not especially relevant. However, bonus points to anyone who can name the organ in the picture. (Jason!)

If you are determined to call it "Jason," I don't see any reason to name it again.

I mean, if Jason doesn't recognize it then he needs to be flogged with a wet noodle.

Yes: specifically the Aeolian-Skinner organ in the Salt Lake Tabernacle. It's the Saturn V of pipe organs. There are a few larger, but none better.
