Hi ya! checkout this one...goto... www.panoramas.dk/moon/mission-apollo.html(thanx Jinnie I fixed up the URL,the above is correct) do the 360 degree thing for each mission, some of you have probably seen this B4 some might not. what do you think? This website might provide some insight,.(I am aware that people are different and that won't change) as far as I am concerned Apollo was an amazing achievement!!And they took incredible risk! My brother is Deputy Director of Space Research with the Royal Australian Air Force and spent some time last year doing classified work at Cape Canaveral(I have mentioned this in a previous post) He came back with some dvds when he was there that he gave me for Xmas called NASA-the first 25 years(Volumes 1-5),bloody awesome!,I love it religiously! we have some very interesting discussions anyway, checkout the above URL... OBTW thanx Kiwi for your comments regarding Prog 63.I want to catch up with you sometime I am in Wellington, where are you?? Also who among you are convinced they never walked on the moon?? Who among you are convinced we did? How about those who aren't sure?? (also checkout the website designers comments about conspiracy believers and the bottem of the home page!!) as for me I am 100% convinced we walked on the moon July 20th 1969,Apollo 11, Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin & Neil Alden Armstrong made history with Mike Collins orbiting above Paul L

You're doing it again, Paul. This topic is about Apollo, it does not belong in the "Beyond Belief" section of the forum (which is intended for discussions about religion, the paranormal, etc.
If you can't grasp this simple concept then I would like you to stop posting altogether, you're wasting my time by requiring me to move your posts to the proper forums.

Sorry Lunar Orbit
From a previous post I was told to stay in "Beyond Belief" I would be safe there(Ginnie)
perhaps "general discussion" might be more appropriate,4 me its probably safer ground to stand on.
thanks Lunar Orbit

Why is this so hard to understand? If you want to talk about Apollo there are two places for it: The Hoax Theory or The Reality of Apollo. You can also discuss it in the Clavius Moon Base section if your question or comment pertains to the Clavius website. This topic would have been fine in "The Reality of Apollo" section if you hadn't asked whether or not we believe the landings were faked, that made it a hoax theory topic. It has nothing to do with ghosts, leprechauns, fairies, bigfoot, UFO's, or whether Elvis is still alive, so it does not belong in the "Beyond Belief" section.

I don't have that link working for me. I tried this one instead: www.fullscreenqtvr.com/moon/I've seen the panorama's before. Yes, they are really awesome. I also have those DVD's. Too bad the video and audio is not the greatest. But the information sure is. Also - list to Lunar Orbits advice on where to post, not mine. ;D Sorry if I got you into trouble. LO, it's partly my fault, sorry.

It's not your fault, Ginnie. You only suggested that he take one specific topic to the Beyond Belief section, that doesn't mean he should start every topic there. Besides, the only person he really needs to pay attention to when it comes to the forum rules is me. I explained to him quite clearly ( here and here) how the forum works and he keeps ignoring me. Is it deliberate? Is he intentionally posting in the wrong section just to annoy me? Or is he just not capable of understanding simple things like posting topics in the proper section of the forum?

No, it isn't deliberate. I remember before I joined heree and I used to lurk at the posts on this forum and others. I remember a few times when people were taken to task for posting in the wrong area. I remember thinking to myself, "What's the big deal. Geesh." It was only after being around the forum for awhile that I understood the purpose of posting in the correct area. What is funny is that sometimes the threads go so off track that I have a hard time finding some of the old posts. e.g. if there was a post with food mentioned, it could be anywhere. Or Shatner, cartoons, or music, art, politics etc. That's part of the reason why I started the Art Talk, Music Talk, Food Talk and Pet Talk threads. ;D

It's not a big deal if it only happens occasionally, or when someone is posting a topic that is difficult to categorize. But when someone does it almost every time they post, or when it should be obvious what forum it belongs in, it can be annoying to me because I have to move the post. I've explained to him what the different forums are for, there is no excuse to make the same mistake that often.

Lunar Orbit!!
Ginnie your right!!
it is tricky...because things aren't black and white, and one thing leads to another, also the angle where people(and myself) are coming from can makes things difficult.I find this a problem for me and my postings, but no of course I'm not trying to mislead people

Well, here's a hint: if the title of your post contains the word "Apollo" it probably goes in one of the two Apollo related sections of the forum. If you end the post by asking whether or not we believe the moon landings were faked then it should be obvious where it goes. It's not that difficult.
