That's BS. You can watch them fall and time them for yourself. so in other words you didn't even bother to look at the site. It has pictures on that page showing both towers at 10 and 11.4 seconds into their collapse. If you were correct, they should becompletely collapsed by then. Instead you can see nearly half the building there.
