Canada may not much good at rugby, but check out our juniors playing the Russians in the Canada-Russia Super Series going on now. Here are the scores: Canada has beaten the Russians six times in a row~ 4-2 3-0 6-2 4-2 8-1 4-1 There are two games left to play. This tournament is a 'rematch' of sorts of the 1972 Super series between Canada-Russia. Canada won 4, lost 3 and tied 1 in that one. That series was the first time our professionals played the russians. Indeed, one of our countrys finest moments is when Paul Henderson scored the final goal in the last game to win it for Canada. In Canada, everyone alive then knows where they were when the goal was scored.
Oh, I see that the French have some explaining to do after today's match!

The Blues have more than a little splaining to do. they got complete bounced, and quite a little out classed All of the Northern hemisphere teams seemed to be a little lacklustre, oh well looks like it might be a colony dominated event after all

I don't know, they gave Wales a bit of a hurry up and lead most of the game. If they'd had a bit more fitnesses and been able to keep up with the welsh in the second half who knows, they might have even pulled off an upset.

Maenwhile, back at the doomsday scenarios:
Here's what we may possible look forward to this year (or any day now):
The supposed hunting for Steven Foster may be a cover for trying to hunt for one of the nukes on the B-52 that went walkabouts (say, how DID someone happen to know about nukes on that bomber anyway and why did they spill the beans?). It may be that that nuke is hidden in Las Angeles. There have been predictions that the next terrorist attack may in fact be the nuking of LA before the end of the year. There has been one or more recently predicting September 12th...
This nuking of LA will be blamed on Iran so the US will finally have the excuse they need to invade them.
And sometime after that, before the end of Bush's term, he will be assassinated (not necessarily this year).

This nuking of LA will be blamed on Iran so the US will finally have the excuse they need to invade them. That must be, like, the worst strategy ever. Even assuming that fake acts of terrorism are a sine qua non to start a war nowadays. I mean, why not fake that Iran nuked some US troops in, say, Irak or Afghanistan rather than destroy one of your own largest assets?

Can I get an answer to some of the questions I asked about previous predictions, please?

Appart from the fact that the US military is so stretched right now it can hardly hold its own in the two wars it has. Starting a third would be sucidal.

Starting a third would be suicidal, which is the whole point. You now have a very evil government which is treachourous. They want to destroy the US so they can bring in a new world order via a world government. Hence, they don't care about LA. But they want to make it look like it isn't them but an enemy. But the enemy is within. They know they can't have a third war without leaving US borders unguarded but, again, that IS the whole point.

And when this doesn't happen and Hillary is elected next year your excuse will be......?

Hilary probably will be elected next year (the very last US election), I'm not denying that possiblity. But these other things can still happen in the meantime. The nuking of LA is only the second bite. The first was 9/11 and the final will be the invasion and destruction of the United States as a nation. America will still exist but with different people; as I understand it will be divided into five separate nations or territories. Some land mass will be gone (fallen into the sea etc).

Appart from the fact that the US military is so stretched right now it can hardly hold its own in the two wars it has. Starting a third would be sucidal. Well, I didn't say it's a good idea My point is that even assuming for the sake of discussion that the US government has the objectives Rusty describes, LA is a poor choice of a target. Not that I am a great strategist though You now have a very evil government which is treachourous. They want to destroy the US so they can bring in a new world order via a world government. Hence, they don't care about LA This is probably the part I don't get. In my view, if the US government destroys the US they don't end up government of the world, they end up government of nothing. Maybe they'd keep one of the new territories you mention. Not that much of an improvement for the conspirators.

Ah...but they get the rest of the world. It's not just about territory, it's about control. People living in terror of them, and gladly giving up all their personal freedoms so that they can be "safe" from the boogeyman, which they do not realise was created by TPTB in the first place.
And they have a scorched earth policy. Destroy it and start again with their own people and people that are malleable for control.
Plus, they realise they can't control 6 billion people plus, so they have to wipe out a number of them.
Mad? Of course it is. Hitler was mad. Bush is mad. All meglomania control-freaks are mad. The anti-christ will be the maddest of all.

And so when none of these things happen and there is a futher election in 2012, are you still going to be following along? Just out of curiosity RL, how many of the predictions you have brought to this board have actually happened?

Uh ohhh! It's September 12th and I live in LA. Still here as of 7:27 p.m. But it's also Rosh Hashana, so maybe I'll get raptured out of here before the nukes go off.
Lazarusty, I like this prediction! I think the Illuminati playing cards have it as a 10+ earthquake for San Francisco or LA followed by martial law, but I'm flexible. Could a nuke could cause a tenner? Your take on Steve Fossett and lost nukes works for me. Sure, war with Iran would bankrupt us, but we won't be short of troops when they re-institute the draft, this time forcing women to serve, plus upping the age to nearly 40.
