I'm going to drive up to Huntsville shortly (about 24-36 hours) and it's a seven hour drive. I'm going to burn a CD or two with MP3s to keep me happy and alert. I have a good music selection - no probs. I have the latest Apollo Talks download (Stan Lebar). Check.
Some good Australian radio humour. Check.
What other 'most excellent' MP3s are there regarding Apollo (or other manned), aviation, science, or humour that I can download and burn?
Notice the 'most excellent' - your tastes are being evaluated!
Thanks!

How about, "Lets Get Small", an album by Steve Martin from the late Seventies. Nothing about space on it, but it sure is funny.

Fail! I've got my music. Fail! MP3 downloadable within a couple of hours from now.... FREE! Steve Martin? Good choice - I just bought his autobiography. A couple of sites have it, but they are pirate / dodgy, so I don't feel comfortable with them. BZZZT!
Nothing like "Apollo talks"?

How about Alice Cooper interviewing various rock stars, like Ozzy, Lemmy, Geddie Lee and others? www.nightswithalicecooper.com/listen.asp\Nights with Alice Cooper: You can download the interviews. (And again, no, it has absolutely nothing to do with Apollo)

I do like Alice Cooper (I met him eons ago - a very nice guy, even though he was in his drinking phase) but no. I want some interesting science, aviation, or funny humour MP3s to download. I want to burn my CDs tomorrow.
Come on! Isn't there an interview with Pete Conrad? Ed Mitchell? Al Shepherd? There was one with Sy Liebergot, but I can't seem to get the thing downloaded properly.
Perhaps a discussion about the Constellation programme?
Perhaps the latest on Orion?

The song "Man in the Moon," by REM?
Sorry--I'm not really big on spoken word stuff, because I miss so much of it. Music, I can do.
