Has anyone any article about the Apollo docking system? I am curious about the mechanism used for docking, the tunnel and all the bits of this system.

Well, my boss from about 20 years ago helped design it and had one in his office. What specifically did you want to know? I'll echo Al's recommendation for the two Sullivan "Virtual" books. Also, if you can track down the Preliminary Science Report for Apollo 14 and skip to the engineering anomalies section, you can glean quite a bit of helpful information from the analysis of the docking capture failure.

Both super books. I only bought them recently, and I'm astonished at the weight of information in them. The detail Virtual LM goes into just on the landing leg locking mechanisms is astounding.
Well worth the money IMO.

I talked to Scott Sullivan a number of years ago. We discussed his process. I have, or have seen, most of the source materials from which he has formulated his models. It so happens that there has survived in easily accessible form quite a lot of drawings and materials about the LM strut locks, which enables Sullivan to be very sure about the accuracy of that part of his models.
