Has anyone here read this report? It's an fascinating read, and hopefully will help improve life safety systems in the next generation of spacecraft.
Personally, I was amazed that astronauts routinely perform reentry with their suits in a non decompression-ready configuration. I would have thought this would have been considered too risky after the Soyuz disaster.
