I have a wonky table, how thick is it? The book or Rene? The book looks quite thick, but I doubt it is as thick as Rene. Sorry, I could not resist. He was full of it. The Last Sceptic of Science. He had to be the last didn't he, like some old warhorse that once gone was the last link between the truth and the cabals that ran science. I'll save my $49 + shipping (after conversion into pounds sterling).

Fifty bucks!? Sheesh, I've got a PDF of it somewhere if anyone wants it. Not very helpful for fixing wonky tables, I admit. Butmuch cheaper. The book is 194 pages long, if anyone cares.

The book is 194 pages long, if anyone cares. How long would it be if you cut out everything that was factually incorrect? I'm guessing it would be only two or three words... "by Ralph Rene" (and that's assuming Ralph Rene is his real name).

Would there be any copyright issue providing a link for people to download his work for free, rather than being conned into parting with their hard earned cash - and I used work in the loosest possible sense. The possible issue is that it would become more accessible and provide a wider audience to believe his crackpottery. I don't like that thought. On the flip side, I do feel loathed that people are making money from that ignoramus (last time I used that word was with a landlord some years ago). Mind you, I also feel that if you are ready to pay for a Rene book, then you kind of deserve to be parted with your cash. What a moral dilemma? Anyway, is there any way it can be made freely available, along with Rene's other work? What are people's feelings regarding this. TK

Jay, I bet you wish you never offered to provide a copy of this classic critique by the much distinguished Ralph Rene. You seem to be overwhelmed with requests for such a prestigious and highly acclaimed review of the Apollo programme. Can you tell me what awards the author won for his contribution to the sciences. <sarcasm off> Can I have a copy too. I need something for the bird cage and the bottom of the cat's litter tray.

To provide it for free would undercut their ability to make money legitimately, so long as they are the legitimate copyright holder by succession, or have a license. It may be hogwash, but its owners still have the legal right to attempt to make money from it.

They'll soon learn to be more sensible with their money. Rene finally serves a useful purpose.

I might buy this book if a used copy of it shows up at the March of Dimes store in my neighbourhood. They're selling books for 10 cents (12 cents with tax).

Allegedly, if you google search the phrase:
NASA Mooned America pdf
There is a link to this masterpiece... allegedly.
