Watching that video I just noticed for the first time that Kaysing's book is co-written by Randy Reid. I've never heard of this guy before. Do we know anything about him?

The Wikipedia entry for Bill Kaysing says that when the book was self-published in 1974, it listed Reid as a co-author. However, when the book was re-published in 2002 by Health Research Books, a co-author was not listed. ( Source) A preview of the Health Research publication is available at Google books. The entry lists both Kaysing and Reid, but the front cover only lists Kaysing. Reid is not mentioned in any of the preliminary sections, either. I wonder if Health Research would have any information about him. I did note that Kaysing lists a cast of characters which includes NASA, which apparently is an acronym for North American Space Administration, and NSA, otherwise known as the National Security Act. I haven't read much further than that, yet, and I suppose that there probably really is a National Security Act, but I suspect he means the National Security Agency.

Don't ya'all get it? Randy Reid obviously is a fictitious co-author name dreamed up by Kaysing. Randy Reid = "It (the book) is a randy read!" In other words, I think that Kaysing was basically admitting that he made up the entire hoax thing.

Darned whistle blowers. You just can't let them alone for a minute or they get into mischief.
