Thanks God, the Almighty, the Merciful, I finished Masters of Hospital Management and found a hospital that agreed on doing stage for me, then if they can and if they liked my work, they will employ me. I'll start Monday at 8 ( no more sleeping in the morning ) , walk till under the bridge , take a bus and go. and what? the Dr. who spoke to the director about me and fixed me there said I would be introduced as the representative of the director to work on the project. I guess this is too much for me, but he said if I don't accept to be prestigious, then I shouldn't be working there. I understood that there will be a project that I will be working on, and I'll be introduced to the quality manager. I hope I'll have the good manners and skills to get along there. I hope they will accept me as an official worker and start paying me after a few months. best of luck for you all

Congratulation on your finishing your degree. It's great that you got a job offer so quickly. Why won't you be paid right away?

thnx echnaton the reason I got a chance so uickly is that my dad's friend has a relative that works in that hospital. that relative has good relations with the director, so he fixed me in training. when they like my job and if they have a chance for employing someone, they will allow me to be paid and work officially. the relative of my dad's friend told me not to worry at all (meaning he can make the director employ me).

first two days have been very good. we r doing questionnaires to check for quality services. the team is very cooperative and they liked my ideas that I suggested to add. I guess I'll be alright. what is wrong with them the only thing is that most of them r with the opposition while I support the government

the only thing is that I need to get paid for this disinformation. I will not serve the government and spread disinfo without being paid

if the doctor I know spoke with the human resource manager about me getting employed as the 3 months are going to end, and the manager said: give me two days. does this mean that he is not going to accept me? I was told by fellows who work with me that when the assisstant left shortly after are arrived, the manager told them to manage work bcz he is not going to bring anyone new. I don't know who to believe, but what does it sound to you :"give me two days."?

Well done on getting your degree. I don't like the sound of doing unpaid work for three months hoping to be offered a job at the end of it. Is that normal practice in your country? In my country (UK) I suspect such a think would be illegal. Hope it all works out.

I entered for staging in hope they will employ me. I suspect today that things are set straight.
