I loved how he states that if you believe that the bomb was dropped untested that you would believe the Earth was rotating.... Why would the Earth rotate, everyone knows it is flat and the sun revolves around it... But what shape is the flatness? Huh? Square, rectangular, round, ovoid? This is important to doctrinal fidelity.

Clearly, the Earth is an infinite plain with the same continents repeating every few thousand miles or so, with all the same cities and people etc. - the Sun and Moon are actually the same object; one half is very bright and the other lights up in sections and is quite dim by comparison. It "sets" by submerging itself in the Great Waters of the heavens and rapidly skimming underwater to its starting position before rising again with the opposite side facing us. As such, what we call "night" is merely "day" on one of the other continents.
Naturally, this also means that there are thousands of "suns", one for each pair of tessellated continents. And I can already hear your question; why can't we see them all? And the answer is; we can! The suns are all synchronised so we only see the night sides of the others at night, where they appear to us as the nearer, moving, stars. And we don't see the day-sides of the day suns because their light is lost in the glare of the nearest one.
And that, children, is why you can never see the Sun and Moon in the sky at the same time. Or, rather, why you always do.

What is that picture? I'm sure Family Guy parodied it.

It's the... (dramatic pause)... COMFY CHAIR! Guy leaning back in a seat, seamingly being blown away by strong winds from a speaker(?) in front of him. Oh, where is from? Dunno.

What is that picture? I'm sure Family Guy parodied it. It's from an old Maxell commercial demonstrating the high fidelity of their audio cassettes. I think they still put that picture on the packaging for their CDs. And you're right, it was spoofed on Family Guy.
