This is a website that has stock footage of various kinds, for example a film countdown www.archive.org/details/IMB_SF_R30_C4atomic explosion: www.archive.org/details/CEP00110Harvest moon and clouds: (a really neat looking moon BTW) www.archive.org/details/CEP0400and 1.176 others. These clips can be used in your movies free of charge - but check the Creative Commons license first. Just thought that with a few people here involved in the making of YouTube videos and the like that they could use a resource for enchancing some of the scenes in their movies. Go here: www.archive.org/details/stock_footageThe Internet Archive also hosts tons of other public domain material - movies, concerts, old commercials, instructional movies and more.

One of my favorite sites. Jam Handy was a master of the ephemeral.

Archive.org also has over 3000 Grateful Dead concerts that you can stream or download. Legally, deadheads.
