Well prehaps not, but does anyone know why Magazine C of Apollo 16 on the Apollo Atlas has a lot of oddly yellow coloured images? Some are the right colour, but most of them are cheese yellow.

Dye-shifting is usually the answer, the same reason old Kodachrome (and even new Kodachrome) gives everything a magenta cast. But in this case I think this is the roll that got overexposed.

Thanks Jay. I noticed that a few of the other rolls are similar and wondered if it was some sort of exposure problem.

The photo crew on the ground experimented with some variations on the E-3 process in order to obtain better information from rolls that had exposure problems. It is considered likely that these improvisations affected the long-term chemical stability of the camera originals and/or the dupe masters.
