One things that the HB's often claim is how the missions that landed did so perfectly. I think we know tthis isn't true, but I wondering if there was a list of near or potential critical and show-stopping problems that each missions faced. Below is the small list I can think of off-hand, but what others can people think of?
Apollo 11 - Computer overload alarm caused consern. - LM landed long nearly exhausting its descent fuel, a situation that would have resulted in an abort. - Broken ascent ignition circuit breaker could have left crew stranded in LM.
Apollo 12 - Struck by lightening nearly resulting in an abort. - Lost the TV Camera
Apollo 15 - Irwin's suit developed an alarm fault on the first EVA - LRV lost half its steering - Leaking tunnel lead to delayed LM jetison
Apollo 16 - SPS developed problems resulting discussion on abandoning the landing because they were worried it might not fire for the return home.
I recall that one of the landings had an abort problem that would have caused the LM to abort the landing, Apolo 14 I think, is that right?
What else is there that I've forgotten?

Apollo 14 - Faulty docking probe required six docking attempts before the mechanism would engaged. - Problem with LM abort switch required a software work-around. If not fixed, an auto-abort could have occurred.

Apollo 15's LM had a leak that lost them 8 lb of Oxygen too, though it wasn't from a anything more serious that forgetting to close the valve on the urine recepticle device.

The Apollo 16 "orange juice" fiasco is one of my favorites...
Charlie Duke had a leaky drink valve in his suit, and when turning his head, would squirt OJ all over himself in the helmet. It caused serious concerns when they had real problems getting his helmet off in the LM...(he just loaded water after that...) And that was the mission where Young accidently tore the cable for the heat flow experiment, rendering it useless....and the lost rover fender...

and apollo 13 went without a hitchWhish is not disputed as being Perfect, the other 6 are. And that was the mission where Young accidently tore the cable for the heat flow experiment, rendering it useless....and the lost rover fender... I didn't include these as they didn't result in near abort of major failures. All three rovers lost their rear fender.

actually, as dumb as it may sound, ive read on some conspiracy site that it was a "fake mishap to prove that their mission weren't perfect" ... i think its total BS ... (not bart but the bull kind)
