Oh and by the way, I live very close to some very huge mountains(i live in alaska), and no, they dont cast shadows miles long.What does he think that you are standing in when the sun drops below the peak? it has the same initials as Bart Siebrel..... oh! you meant the shadow... ;D ...that too!

LMAO!!!!!! I live near a ~3500 foot peak (and I am at about 500 feet above sea level here in the valley), about 7-8 miles away (it's more of a ridge line, part of the old glacial scoured Green Mountains here in Vermont USA), and dang, as we approach sunset, it sure seems to cast shadows all the way out here just fine; my goodness, can people like Stephn84 actually believe this stuff themselves?? ;D
