Thanks, just dropping by to check up on things. Still very busy. Ahh, that's okay then. I was beginning to wonder if you were pregnant.

I was on Googleearth and looking at the Cape I noticed a few S like roads a few miles away from the launchpads... I can't take a close look with my internet connection, but wonder why you assume they are roads. Have you checked the scale to ascertain whether or not they they could be roads? Could they be pipes instead? They don't look much like roads to me -- more like a layout of competition tracks for BMX bikes.

...they started their EVAs when it was low tide (on Earth) and ended them at high tides. Not only that, but even more startling is the strange fact that every time an astronaut on the lunar surface urinated, the sun passed through the exact height of 66.6 degrees above the earth's horizon, which indicates a mysterious link between the moon, astronauts' bladders, the height of the sun above Earth, Revelation 13:18, and possibly, too, World Tidal Fluctuations (WTFs).

JW... takes different parts of a moving picture, and then screams and shouts that scientists are liars. It's not unusual to get different descriptions of items from different experts, as explained by Dr Randy L. Korotev, a research professor at Washington University in St. Louis, in Lunar Meteorites: It's a pity that Jarrah White has so little understanding of the things he "studies." Note: The WUSTL webpage was revised in April. Thanks to PhantomWolf for originally supplying the link.

Gene Cernan is one of the most eloquent of the Apollo astronauts, along with Mike Collins. I have always enjoyed listening to him.
It sounds a little like he might have taken a bit of a gamble on commanding Apollo 17. From the commentary track on the DVD of Al Reinert's film "For All Mankind":

In regards to The Rapture, where does Australia fit in with this big picture? Can't speak for Australia, except that I heard it said that all the Aussies who are good enough to be raptured up would fit in a phone box. Probably something to do with their large criminal heritage, you see. But as one of their famous surfers, Midget Farrelly, once said, "We may be descendants of white outcasts from England, but they threw us into a wonderful place in Australia. They consigned us to heaven and they stayed in hell!" But I've always had a problem over heaven and hell, because heaven is always "up" and hell "down" in northern hemisphere literature, so where does that leave us? Are they both the same here and if so, how does that work, or if we die and are good enough, do we go "down" and through the earth to get to heaven, or do we around the earth to the other side (we're mostly opposite the Bay of Biscay, Spain and the sea off Morocco) and then "up"? And I'm sure Steven Hawking wouldn't help, so it's quite a problem, really.

Actually I am thinking about collecting some old clothes and arranging sets of them in public places to look like the former occupant was taken. Maybe this is how it happens:

Imagine receiving this. Parts in square braces are unclear:--
Regarding the Mercury Seven's experience at the Lovelace Clinic, John Glenn gave a classic answer to a question at the famous press conference on 9 April 1959:--
The letter has been transcribed from the Spacecraft Films DVDs Project Mercury, Disc 1, The Astronauts - United States Project Mercury - NASA film HQ-9, at 05:21 to 05:26 and 05:32 to 05:37. Parts inside square braces in the letter were hard to see in the film – any help with accuracy would be appreciated.
The John Glenn quote, which caused a great deal of laughter, is taken from the part of the 9 April 1959 press conference on the same DVD.
With thanks to fellow ApolloHoax member Ajv for access to the DVDs.

Enlarging the photo and lightening it a little makes things clearer.
Buzz's wife, Lois, is shorter than Buzz and has white hair, so it's possibly her sitting on his right and perhaps adjusting her hair with both hands. Her right hand doesn't seem to be holding anything and just coincidentally looks as if it might be holding a cellphone to Buzz's mouth. It is further from the camera than Buzz's face as it is a little more out of focus.
The main indicators that she's adjusting her hair are her left ear, immediately behind Buzz's collar, and her left hand behind and to her left of the ear and looking a little like it may be brushing or holding hair.
There appears to be only one flash exposure from a flash unit which is almost directly above the camera lens. It has cast a shadow of the nose of the man on the left down and slightly to the left, and Buzz's hair casts a small, faint shadow down and to the right onto Lois's hair and ear.

The Apollo 11 flag also ended up turned about 90 degrees to the north some time between the end of the EVA and ascent stage liftoff. I have a still from the 16mm post-EVA film which shows it, but have never found it on the internet and that piece of film isn't included in the early-edition Spacecraft Films DVDs.
I have seen an explanation that the test-firing of the thrusters may have turned the flag, but also the fact that the flagpole was leaning back due to the difficulties getting it into the ground may have meant that gravity eventually took over and caused the top rod to swivel around.

...I found myself wishing I could have recognized the flight controllers and backroom people... If it's of any use, I have identified some of the MOCR personnel in the official Nasa Apollo movies and anyone is welcome to copies. Sy Liebergot's information was helpful. I firmly believe man landed on the moon and find it curious as to how some people can't understand that. Welcome Beetzart. In my opinion nearly all hoax-believers (HBs) can be summed up with one word regarding the moon-landings: Ignorant. They know very little about Mercury-Gemini-Apollo and probably don't understand much of what they get told here. Perhaps don't even want to understand because doing so might force them to re-examine their belief. It's a bit sad, really. My signature says a little more...

...I really want to nail the earthrise photos The series AS11-44-6547 to AS11-44-6564 is a marvellous set which plays a little like a time-lapse movie in IrfanView. It would be good for the cloud-matching treatment because it was (IIRC) taken with the telephoto lens. Many cloud patterns and most of Australia are visible, and so is the distinctive crater Peek on Mare Smythii. Peek is a deep, sharp crater of 13km diameter, at 2.6 degrees north, 86.9 degrees east, and has a light ray running past it. It starts off to the right of centre in the series and ends in the bottom right corner. Another larger, shallower crater with central mountains below the earth also comes into view, but I don't know its name or details as it is illustrated but not mentioned in Antonin Rukl's Atlas of the Moon.

I am currently debating with a guy on Facebook (of all places) about the "Missing" rover tracks. I would like some feedback from here but I don't want to start a new thread if one already exists covering the rover. I'm trying to do a search through ApolloHoax and it keeps freezing up on me. If one exists, can someone provide a link please. You've probably already found it, but here's an 11-pager: apollohoax.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=gotopost&board=theories&thread=2259&post=66792and I've PM'd you a post from the old ApolloHoax.
