Has anyone done a study of the parallax shift of the mountains in the background of various surface photos? This would determine the distance to the mountains and demostrate to the HBs that they were really there and not a background stage set.

HB: "The Apollo program was fake from the very beginning of the progam. NASA knew from the early 60's that the design of the CM and the LM could never get men to the Moon." Same HB: "The fakery started with Apollo 8. That's why James Webb left the program; he wouldn't countenance being part of a hoax." (meaning that until 1968, NASA was building genuine lunar hardware.) From Turboniun's argument in this thread: www.unexplained-mysteries.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=113834&st=3330

HBs love to roll off a list of Soviet space achievements as evidence that, "If the Russians did all of this and couldn't get men on the Moon, the Americans sure couldn't with inferior technology,"
Then then turn around and postulate technology that is SUPERIOR to the Russians, developed and deployed in secret, (secret automated sample return missions) in order to support the Hoax Theory.

Contradiction:
It's inappropriate for Apollo astronauts to be laughing, singing, and joking while they are on the Moon.
It's inappropriate for Apollo astronauts to be quiet and reserved at a press conference being held after being released from isolation.

Yeah, I want to see wet sand fly all over the place like lunar dust does when an astronaut shuffles his feet in Apollo 15 video.

There were politicians who hated Apollo (Proxmire and Mondale come to mind), who watched NASA's budget like a hawk, and who were always ready to pounce at the first sign of perceived waste. If money was going somewhere that couldn't be accounted for, rest assured that they would have raised a big stink.

Argument #1: The Russians were far in advance of the US in spaceflight. How could the US put men on the moon if the Russians couldn't?
Argument#2: The US used robots to retrieve 380 kg of lunar samples, even though the more advanced Russians could only retrieve 170 grams with their robots.
Contradiction: how could inferior US technology collect more lunar samples than superior Russian technology?
Edited to add: Sorry, Bob B. You beat me to this one almost a year ago.

Speculations like that and old Sci-Fi movies is probably where this "jumping up 10 feet" meme came from. People thought "one-sixth gravity" and didn't think about things like the spacesuit being flexible enough or falling on your back and smashing your PLSS - the only thing keeping you alive.
When I get to the moon I'll confine my jumping to inside the habitat.

kj, I assume that you are now ready to present your 3D analysis of the Lunar Rover tire track, that you promised to do last January. I'm real interested to see what you have come up with.

further proof of nasa's lies. nasa claims that 18 people went to the moon inside the rocket. Please tell me how 18 people could fit in a rocket tat is smaller than a girl? tell me you nasa apologizers!!! Must...resist...urge...to...point...out... Freudian...implications...of...scene... Oh, what the hell. "Is that a rocket in your pocket or are you glad to see me?"

If you would care to click on the banner ad entitled "Moon Landing Hoax" ( www.moonmovie.com )at the top of the page, you will see that the intro has changed. Whereas it did show footage of many of NASA's launch-pad failures, it now features a young lady who will explain to you, using Nazi war criminal turned NASA scientist Wernher von Braun's own calculations, why the Saturn V rocket would have needed to weigh 800,000 tons and been taller than the Empire State Building in NY in order to have reached the moon. The Saturn V rocket weighed 3000 tons I will stress again, that this is Wernher von Braun's calculation, not Bart Sibrel's. We heve never been to the moon, or anywhere near it. You are correct. The rockets they use to launch a satellite is three times that of the Saturn V. Three times what? Minty fresh? Fewer cavities? Cuter?
