I know that the astronauts shot a lot of stereo pairs as part of lunar surface photography. Does anyone know where I can find a good collection of 3D anaglyphs?

ALSJ has a bunch of them in the relevant mission's Image Libraries, although you have to search for them.

You can also make your own with a pair of photos seen from a slightly different left - right perspective (as many of the Apollo photos are), using the free Z-Anaglyph sofware from rosset.org/graphix/anaglyph/zanag_en.htm.
