Wow... take a look of the place, where Apollo 15 astronauts landed. This image has been photographed by these very same astronauts: Now take a look of the same terrain, photographed in 2008 by Kaguya spacecraft:

Doesn't mean anything to a HB. The pictures supposedly taken by the Apollo 15 astronauts could have actually been taken by a lunar orbiter.

If an HB thinks these were faked, then dismissing the Selene pictures is easy.

Well, SELENE is a spacecraft from a different country, at least.

For your curiousity, here are some photos of Hadley Rille taken by various missions over the years. I've tried to identify the LM in them, but given their angles and scale might be off a bit:

Ginnie: Yeah, Clementine is the first post-apollo spacecraft which takes photos of the terrain. And the first to confirm the landing.

The photos are not sufficient confirmation. However, I think more compelling is the recreation of the Apollo 15 surface landscape here. Scroll down to Fig 5 www.jaxa.jp/press/2008/05/20080520_kaguya_e.htmlMy interpretation is that either the Japanese have faked their photo (why should they?) or the Apollo photo must be real. I can't believe that if the Apollo photo was taken in a studio in 1971 then they would have got the landscape so accurate. I assume that the Japanese will be making more and more of these perspective views once the terrain camera builds up its surface map to include other sites. Am I the only one who thinks this evidence is compelling?

Compelling evidence that the Japanese are in on the hoax, yes. Welcome to the board, thetart!

The fig.5 is indeed a compelling picture - to you and me, and most of this board. But to an HB, it would mean nothing. Really sad when you think about it. In the Apollo missions there was adventure, risk, scientific advancement, technological leaps, bravery and quite a few good stories. Some people here will do silly things - like reading books, reviewing transcripts, examining photographs, watching NASA DVD's, looking at schematics....because not only do we believe that the missions were real, but also to learn more about them. Our journey into space was and continues to be an exciting and interesting part of what humans have achieved. But, that's just silliness - why couldn't we just watch a pixelated, blurry YouTube video instead? ;D

It's not like we see digital photo or video artifacts in other videos or photos...oh wait, of COURSE we do. (and some see alien moon bases lol)

The only thing this proves is that the Japanese are in on the hoax too. It's all Illuminati, anyways.
