Story LinkOn the odd chance the goes to trial, I wonder if Mitchell will make some of his hoax claims on the stand and under oath, or at least threaten to. It could be kind of fun and bring a few HBs out of their torpor. As with the moon dust, it would seem that this kind of sale would be best done in private to avoid scrutiny.

We always knew he was a bit kooky. Geno recounted how he regretted not pushing for Engel to get the Apollo 14 LMP slot after Mitchell's kookiness was giving everyelse the heeby-jeebies.

Besides he already recanted when his "source" for his UFO claims went public with a denial. But he could cause a stir among a certain crowd with any number of his wacky ideas. Particularly if stated under oath and implicating the government in a conspiracy or coverup. Likely all for naught, because the camera could not be publicly sold as long as there is a question of ownership. I suppose he could make a private sale to an anonymous buyer. Does anyone here have briefcase full of cash?   |

We always knew he was a bit kooky. Yeah, but to be fair he was a perfectly competent LMP who seemed to work well with Roosa and Shepard, and that's what counted in being selected for his flight. |

Did Edgar Mitchell hoof Bart Sibrel out of his house? I don't normally condone violence of any kind, but sometimes needs must. He's an international hero in my book for that single act.
