Poor Pat1K. You're really going off the rails, when a known Holocaust-denier (and fellow moon-hoax believer) like LGR cannot help but post criticizing your logic.

I just went over to the JREF forum and simply couldn't read P1K's drivel and eat lunch at the same time. He just keeps basing all his arguments on his naive personal understanding of what really a very complicated business.
It is said that people that simplify the difficult can become surprisingly successful because they will start something that those who see the reality will find to be daunting. But I suppose that does come with the caveat that the under perceiver learn something along the way, something P1k is not to be doing, leaving him stuck in his own rut.

It gets really sad when he starts singing the praises of his sockpuppet, No, that's just ordinarily pathetic. It's really sad, and also hilarious, when he starts arguing with them, even when they're ostensibly on the same side.

Please mommy! (in my best 6 y/o voice) Well, remember, you must walk him twice a day, and feed him. Baloney is the recommended diet for common sock puppets.

Don't pet sock puppets multiply quickly? I'd be concerned about the possibility of sock puppets overrunning the house...

Hoo boy. His latest:
When people pointed out to him "Juliett" really meant "Juliett" and that it referred to a map coordinate and provided him a link to the map, he noted the letters "I" and "O" were not used on the map and expressed disbelief over this amazing fact and therefore it must be a fake map. Others then pointed out to him the Military Grid Reference System skips I and O as well.
Now's he's just digging himself in deeper.

It only makes sense that they would. Too easy to confuse with 1 and 0.

So why ban this guy if he's so entertaining? Entertaining? In the same manner as a fatal car crash I suppose.

Entertaining? In the same manner as a fatal car crash I suppose. Well, I guess people love to talk about them both...

The Julian quote and P1k's subsequent posts are amazing in its absurdity. Its one of those moments where one can only look on in wonder and admire someone who has so thoroughly mastered the craft of futility.
Of course the judgement of futility assumes that P1k is really trying to understand the question or persuade us, both of which are in question. It also calls into question his real motives, which to me remain obscured inside his pretense of rationality.

I got infracted because I posted this picture: They said it was because I accused him of sockpuppetry (which we know he is, but I didn't accuse him of). When I appealed on the grounds of that I did not accuse him of being a sockpuppet, but simply used sarcasm to say that I didn't believe him (my dog believes you, my action figure believes you, etc) they changed it and cited me for being off-topic. *sigh*
