Too bad they didn't land near the Apollo sites. Then we'd have proof of a U.S. manned mission. Ooops, I forgot the Americans paid them off with wheat.

I mean, what would take the picture? Russian *robot landers*. What would have put the Apollo objects there? American robot landers. Duh.

Here is an interesting site with lots of coolies photos from Soviet probes. Some, especially from the film return missions, are almost as breath taking as Apollo. Those are great photos, thanks. The Mars and Venus photos are simply spectacular.

There are some new hoax videos on YouTube by a user named ArcAngel4Myke. They include a clip from Apollo 12 after the lightning strike when Pete Conrad joked, "Wasn't that a sim they ever gave us?" and the claim is that he meant it was really all just a simulation. Also when Dave Scott said that NASA had secretly let people come up to the Moon and fix the steering on the LRV, he was serious. What's hilarious is that in the "more info" section of his other videos, ArcAngel4Myke says, "NASA did some redacted editing & cleaning up of the text, to cover what was really said . . . Also in some video's NASA has later recorded different conversations, replacing what was originally spoken." So if the above statements were so incriminating, why did NASA let everyone hear them? Yet another HB contradiction.

Also on YouTube, Straydog continues his spigot of drivel on the Mythbusters video.
Also in the news, Lunar Shuttle heads for the Sun, and certain disaster.
"We'd better get to the tower, Lieutenant. " "We have no tower, sir. " "No tower? " "Just a bridge, sir." "Why the *hell* aren't I notified about these things? "

Many Russian satellites took pictures on film then scanned and transmitted them, including Luna 3. What was cool about Zond 6 is that it took film from beyond the VA Belts, and then returned with it to Earth, just like Apollo, only unmanned.Which rather disproves the case of Hoax Conspiracy Theorists who claim the film would have been fogged by radiation. One, Raymond F. Teague (who apparently was a mission controller) claims that radiation did fog the film in a radio interview. www.youtube.com/watch?v=CT2F631Jn_Q

...Raymond F. Teague (who apparently was a mission controller) claims that radiation did fog the film in a radio interview. Raymond F. Teague can be seen (black hair, black tie, dark shirt) in photo AP13-S70-34986, sitting on the left of a distinguished group during Apollo 13. AP13-S70-34986 -- Apollo 13, 14 April 1970A group of eight astronauts and flight controllers monitor the console activity in the Mission Operations Control Room (MOCR) of the Mission Control Center (MCC) during the Apollo 13 lunar landing mission. Seated, left to right, are MOCR Guidance Officer Raymond F. Teague; Astronaut Edgar D. Mitchell, and Astronaut Alan B. Shepard Jr., Standing, left to right, are Scientist-Astronaut Anthony W. England; Astronaut Joe H. Engle; Astronaut Eugene A. Cernan; Astronaut Ronald E. Evans; and M. P. Frank, a flight controller. When this picture was made, the Apollo 13 moon landing had already been cancelled, and the Apollo 13 crewmen were in transearth trajectory attempting to bring their crippled spacecraft back home. Mitchell and Shepard, along with Stu Roosa, are the Apollo 14 Prime Crew and Cernan, Evans, and Engle the Apollo 14 Back-up Crew. Tony England was to have been the Apollo 13 EVA CapCom and later served with distinction as Mission Scientist and EVA CapCom on Apollo 16.

Here, on one of the Mythbusters moon hoax vidoes on YouTube, our old pal DavidC is at it again. Also, a person there has taken to colorful insults for my citing of science, rather than videos, as evidence. He's appearently also mad because I asked for proof of his claims.

Here, on one of the Mythbusters moon hoax vidoes on YouTube, our old pal DavidC is at it again. Thanks for posting this GL! Forget about David C, this guy horror11 is an absolute hoot!! Man - I thought StrayDog was bad. I doubt this guy has read a book in his life let alone taken a science class! Saying that he has the IQ of a gerbil would be an insult to rodents around the world.

I don't post much on youtube. I have a membership mainly to keep track of favorite videos. Twice in the last two weeks though I've gotten emails from youtube saying somebody requested a password change and if it wasn't me then not to do anything. Seems like of the few comments I have made that they must have upset someone.

I say DavidC (aka Cosmored) is paranoid beyond belief. I want to say that there's a psychological condition for his outlook, but I don't know any term. If you think DavidC is a hoot, how about that Peopleasylum person? What an angry little guy he must be. His responses are typical of the CT crowd when confronted with that which they cannot understand. JarrahWhite acted the same way toward JayUtah. Hmmm, seems I'm in good company.

Someone hacked my account on the Education Forum a few months back and posted stupid comments in my name. My own fault for not changing my password from the one issued to me. Some HBs just don't like people proving their pet theories wrong I suppose, so I should take it as a compliment!

I Am Not a Doctor, but he fits a lot of the classic symptoms. The paranoia is, of course, the first clue, but there's the persecution complex, the delusions of grandeur, and so forth.

Some HBs just don't like people proving their pet theories wrong I suppose, so I should take it as a compliment! At least Youtube sends me an email asking if it was really me. So far there has been no problem. Slightly related but off topic, a year ago I started receiving friend invites in my Yahoo account for Myspace. I don't have, have never had and will never have a Myspace page. Turns out that someone used my email address to sign up for a myspace page. Apparently Myspace doesn't bother to send out any confirmation emails. Since the email address on record was mine, I changed his password and then deleted his account. Only after that did I think that I should have possibly changed his page to say he was coming out of the closet or something. But that would just be mean wouldn't it?
