One thing, though: HB's tend to be a humorless lot. You might see quotes and 'facts' from that site repeated elsewhere.

Try again in a few hours, IIRC the recycle time for the temporary shutdown is fairly short. If not try again tomorrow and every day or so, it should be ok eventually, also try at the start of the day and/or at low traffic times
