I prefer setting blue for the links, but the orange in the new banner is nice.
As for the [home][help]...[logout] buttons, I've always found the small outline look of the text in the images to be cumbersome -- I feel like I'm deciphering them, not reading them.

Darn it, I just voted for "Orange" when the color Purple struck me. Maybe purple would look like magic. C'mon Bert. You know any self-respecting Dutchman has to vote for Orange.

It is a little known fact that the House of Orange is actually called the House of Purple.
Really!

the color Purple struck me. Book, VHS, or DVD? At what velocity? Where was the impact site? Did it leave a bruise?

I will speak up for the orange vote if noone else will.
Blue schmue. Every freaking forum on the internet has a blue theme. How many have orange themes? Only one. Apollohoax. Those blue-loving pinkos try to swindle you, showing side by side examples of text of each color while using a much lighter and harder-to read orange than is actually used! Those swindlers! Those phonies! How can you trust the blue crowd if they are so quick to mislead you? Those finks!
Orange is dependable. Orange is trustworthy. Orange has given you years of hard work and good service. Orange is a color you can count on. Vote Orange in the apollohoax poll by February 1st. Orange approves of this message.

I'm surprised at how equal the vote is...I expected a more lopsided result.

I can live with the orange banner. (see, I can compromise As long as I have my blue links.

Every freaking forum on the internet has a blue theme. How many have orange themes? Only one. Apollohoax. Exactly! Orange is Apollohoax, Apollohoax is orange. The two have become intertwined. It is our distinctive trademark. It is what separates us from all those crappy dime a dozen blue forums.

Actually, I visit another forum (the Pure Pwnage forums), which has a black with yellow background. If you squint your eyes it'll look like it's orange. ;D
Data Cable, it's delightful to see your interest. I estimate the velocity to be quite high; I didn't see it coming. I'm not bruised; I only had a major headache after I posted that.

Love the new layout. It's much easier to read and looks more modern.

Real "crisp" new look, LO. And I voted orange, it's what I know as the "ApolloHoax" color, and it works well, a little different from so many other sites, but looks sharp. Nice look.

My, that blue looks nice. I never did care for the orange.

Well, it looks like no matter which side wins half the forum membership is going to be disappointed. Reminds me of the outcome of the 2000 election.

Any good election leaves at least half of the relevant parties unhappy.
