I don't know if green is allowed. When I was an inside scrutineer and a poll clerk, I wore black and white every time just to be on the safe side.  Just as well they don't do that here, the pollsters would have to be naked: Red - Labour Blue - National Green - The Greens Black and White - New Zealand First Red and Black - NZ Maori Party Blue and Yellow - Act New Zealand Crimson - New Zealand Progressives Purple and Green/Yellow - United Future NZ And those are just the ones with MPs currently sitting in the house.

What exactly is the difference between red and crimson? I thought they meant the same thing.

Red is generally a bright scarlet red colour, crimson is more a dark blood red color

I guess NASA has an easier time telling those colours apart than I do, since red and crimson were both team colours chosen by Flight Directors and two of them couldn't have the same colour. Chris Kraft was red and Don Puddy was crimson. I had to look that up because the only team colour I can remember offhand is white.
