With the provisos that Tedward mentions it's no big deal: the law in the UK allows for people to settle disputes between them by pretty much any peaceable means, including an independent arbitrator agreed on by all parties. Judaic "courts" operate under this provision, sharia can do so too. If either party is still aggrieved, they can bring a case under the law of the land, which has final authority. Yes, we can trust our government and our courts to look out for our best interests. They have so much respect for our Constitution and the will of the people that we can rest easy.

I admire the clinically precise exposition of the facts to such devastating effect, weaving sociological, psychological and historical references into a dense, all-covering blanket of rhetorical brilliance. The sharp, witty, ever-so-slightly barbed thrusts whose rhetorical brilliance outshine any possibility of offence being taken. A master debater at the height of her powers, a....

Bet this is still being trotted out in the 50's. 2050. To quote someone's head in a jar much like Futurama, "We said it then and we say it now. It is only a matter of time!"

Oil is $63.63 today. Getting closer to illuminati dude's $50/barrel promise. 11 days til the election and his statement that McCain has already been selected as the next president. Well, it seems that Illuminati Dude got erroneous information.

Well, it seems that Illuminati Dude got erroneous information. Yeah, I lost $5.00. I'm going to give ID an extension of time til the swearing in ceremony in January. Supreme Court Justice David Souter's clerk says Obama has to respond to Philip Berg's Writ of Certiorari on the birth certificate challenge by December 1.

That still wouldn't give McCain the election. It would go to Biden.

That still wouldn't give McCain the election. It would go to Biden. You must know I'm not a McCain fan. Are you sure we wouldn't be protected from Biden under a "fruit of the poisonous tree" doctrine? It ought to be a rule. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fruit_of_the_poisonous_tree

Political elections are not criminal investigations or prosecutions. Should Obama be found to have faked his birth certificate and not be qualified for the office of president by reason of not being a natural born citizen, it certainly would be a criminal offense.
