Anyway, I'm "Matt" in the LRO Apollo website comments. So far I've replied to about 6 or 7 people why the Hubble cannot be used to see the landers on the Moon. And twice why the radiation didn't kill anybody. Welcome to the forum Chew. I posted once to You Tube and never will again. An HB was extremely rude and insulting to me. Too childish for my tastes!

I used to visit a forum about the JFK assassination about 12 or 13 years ago but stopped going after my posts that pointed out Jack's mistakes kept getting deleted.Welcome to our forum. That one you speak of may have been JFKResearch. White posted his initial Apollo conspiracy theories and photo "analysis" there. He tolerated no dissent there, on any subject. He has a legendary ability to turn a blind eye to facts that dispute his beliefs, and to dismiss as "provocateurs" any who present such facts to him. Several years ago I pointed out the most egregious of Jack White's image analysis errors. White sent me an e-mail message threatining legal action and calling me an "ignorant ---hole." I thought I'd read that he'd died a few years ago.Bill Kaysing, the earliest significant Apollo hoax author, died a few years ago. Ralph Rene, another author, died last year. Jack White is apparently still alive.

I'm bewildered, Jay. I'm not a legal expert, but what action could he possibly have taken?
Yes, I know--it was just his blabbering on about something he didn't understand; nothing to see here.

I doubt he would have any legal action he could take at all. It wouldn't be above him to make a baseless claim though. Wouldn't be the first time nor the last.

Yep. He claims people hack his computer, that websites make it difficult for him to view information, that his posts are deleted (when they are still plainly visible), that black helicopters buzz his house, that someone has broken in to his house and tried to kill him.... think of a loony claim and Jack has probably made it.

Well, I'd probably believe that someone has tried to kill him, but most likely out of simple frustration and/or rage rather than on the orders of The Cabal.
I mean, really, all that figuring out of the Great Lunar Conspiracy and he can't work out that The Cabal doesn't need assassins any more? Maybe he's not as smart as he thinks he is...

Like all good black ops agencies, "they" are waiting until just before he puts forward the final evidence needed to tie all his theories together. He is left alive because he hasn't been able to do that yet. We will know he finally hit pay-dirt when he is buried. But of course the evidence of what he discovered will be buried with him.

Now you can't just lump all black ops guys into a generic "they". The "they" who killed JFK were infinitely more competent than the "they" who tried to kill witnesses and researchers. JFK witness Jean Hill, whose story morphed from seeing nothing to chasing a gunman on the Grassy Knoll was the target of ten, count em, ten, assassination attempts!

Sure I can. Proven by the fact that I just did. Alright. You win this round... Yet another victory (however small) for conspiracy theorists everywhere.

I'm not a legal expert, but what action could he possibly have taken? None. He wasn't specific about what crime or tort he believed I had committed. But Jack White doesn't seem to distinguish between being shown that he is wrong and being defamed. He claims defamation any time someone shoots down one of his theories.

I've just come across "Orcutt's Crackpot Index", which is related to outlandish claims in the field of Egyptology. It would take very little writing to make it appropriate to the Moon Hoax and Mr White.
